Running projects in the Jaycees is a good way for
our organization to give back to the community and the chapter members. The Tennessee Jaycees run a number of National Projects, some highly
reguarded annual projects as well as some specific need driven projects
throughout the year.
By running these projects, we allow our members to
gain valuable work experience outside of the office. Skills such as asset
management, personnal management, public relations and promotions are required
of almost all of our efforts. These skills can be taught by older members to
those that have just joined the organization.
